Hi! Welcome to my practice. I am so glad you’re here! As a dedicated psychotherapist of over 15 years, I am deeply committed to providing compassionate and effective support for individuals navigating the challenges of anxiety, trauma, and depression.

Whether you're trying to heal from trauma, deal with big changes, or just figure out who you are and what you want, you don’t have to do it alone. I especially love working with young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’re carrying more than they know what to do with. Together, we’ll sort through what’s going on, build tools that actually work for your life, and move toward feeling more grounded and more like you again.

In therapy with me, you’ll find a real person. I show up as myself, listen without judgment, and help you work through the messy, complicated stuff life throws your way. I specialize working with young adults. Sessions with me usually won't feel like a typical therapy session. I tailor each session to the unique individual sitting in front of me.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating space to explore, grow, and better understand yourself. You’re the one steering the process, but I’ll walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and encouragement. We’ll face the tough stuff together, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.

Experiencing trauma can leave you feeling lost, disconnected, or even trapped in the memories of what happened. It’s not unusual to feel as if the world is no longer a safe place, and the weight of that can make it hard to move forward. But you don’t have to carry this burden alone. I understand that healing from trauma takes time, and together, we will create a space where you feel heard, validated, and safe. While the journey may be challenging, there is a path to reclaiming your sense of peace and control over your life.

In my work with clients who have experienced trauma or anxiety, I recognize that each person's journey is unique and deeply personal. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work at your pace, using evidence-based approaches to help you build resilience, process painful memories, and regain a sense of control and safety. Coping Skills

By learning and practicing effective coping skills, individuals can better manage stress, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve their ability to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

By focusing on the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, CBT empowers clients to make meaningful changes and achieve lasting improvements in their mental health and well-being.
