Bio
With 12 years of clinical experience, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals and families. My extensive background in mental health has equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to support clients through a wide range of challenges.
In addition to my clinical work, I am currently a professor of social work, where I have the privilege of educating and mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. This dual role keeps me at the forefront of the latest research and practices in the field, ensuring that my clients receive informed and up-to-date care.
One of my specialties is mindfulness, an approach that emphasizes present-moment awareness and non-judgmental acceptance of thoughts and feelings. By integrating mindfulness techniques into therapy, I help clients develop greater emotional resilience, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being.
Whether working with individuals or families, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I am committed to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment.
